Join our Creative Calm course designed for anyone looking to distress, and to be a little creative, while dealing with life and it's transitions. In this very colorful, and entertaining online course, you will embark on a transformative journey to heal through art. Beginning with exploring self-compassion and acceptance, moving on to expressing emotions through art, and concluding with creating a vision for your future, each step is carefully crafted to support your well-being. Led by me, an artist, a teacher, a healer, a mother, a post divorce/happily ever after, have been there/done that kind of a woman in art therapy and healing, this course will empower you to rediscover yourself, process complex emotions, and embrace a new chapter in your life. By the end of this course, you will have developed a personalized art toolkit, a deeper understanding of yourself, and a renewed sense of hope and resilience, and understanding of creating with various art materials.
